Spend is your order total [after discounts, excluding shipping]. Your gift is chosen by us and added to your order automatically. Gifts can’t be chosen, swapped or redeemed for cash. If we run out of stock, we may replace your gift with another of similar value.

Our gifts are factory seconds and Deadstock
Mystery gifts are factory seconds and deadstock. This means they may have small or minor flaws, such as cosmetic marks or slight imperfections in finish. These are part of what makes them seconds, so they’re not a reason to return the gift or to ask for a refund or compensation.

Returning your whole order
If you return your whole order, please send your mystery gift back in the same parcel, unused and in its original condition with the label attached. If it isn’t returned, we’ll deduct the retail price shown on its label from your refund.

Partial returns, exchanges and store credit
If you’d like to return only part of your order, or exchange items or take store credit, please contact our customer service team at [CS email] before sending anything back. We’ll let you know whether your mystery gift needs to come back with your return.

Mystery gifts bought separately: final sale
Mystery gifts bought on our website as a product may be factory seconds and may have small or minor flaws. They are final sale and can’t be returned, exchanged or refunded.
